PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
The Portfolio Management team studies commercial markets to identify emerging opportunities and risks relevant to Department of the Air Force equities in order to develop strategies to address them. We listen to companies, industry associations, and thought leaders to expand the government’s appreciation for commercially relevant value drivers, trends, sensitivities, and trajectories across three distinct levels of analysis to create a holistic sight picture:
Tactical-level (entity / company)
Operational-level (industry / market segment / microeconomic)
Strategic-level (sector / macroeconomic)
To accomplish this mission, each Portfolio Manager works to maximize understanding of Department needs, as well as the expanse of commercial ecosystem and evolving market requirements, to provide insights into undiscovered value where industry and government desires align, but have yet to intersect, or where they diverge, and require the government to adjust its approach.
